About The Position

UPMC is currently hiring for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Center in Williamsport, PA. This is a salaried Professional Staff Nurse, OP position 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30/5:00 pm, with no weekends or major holidays. Requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and/or interact appropriately to the ages of the patients served by his/her assigned unit.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status.
• Registered Nurse (RN) OR Temporary Practice Permit (TPP).
• Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required within 30 days of hire.
