About The Position
Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is seeking a candidate to act as a liaison to our top-tier clients, including financial advisers, premium retail customers, financial institutions, and hedge funds. The role involves providing solutions to inquiries while ensuring compliance with all policies, practices, and procedures. The candidate will focus on problem management, particularly with wide-scale service issues, and will need to handle trade-related issues, conduct trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding, and possess knowledge of products and exchanges globally. Additionally, the candidate will serve as an internal coordinator to various departments such as technical operations and programming, analyzing and escalating issues appropriately.
