The Professional Services Program & Communication Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing a communications strategy within Snowflake's Global Professional Services and Training organization. This role involves supporting enablement programs and working in a dynamic environment that directly impacts the PS&T organization and its global customer base.

  • Manage PS&T internal pages on Snowflake's content management and LMS platforms, including creating and editing content as needed.
  • Work with knowledge guilds and other subject matter experts to keep enablement assets updated.
  • Manage the PS&T Enablement calendar for attendees and presenters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the 2-week new hire onboarding bootcamp monthly.
  • Provide support to other PS&T enablement programs and PS&T events as needed.
  • Proven experience in program management and communications strategy development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and learning management systems.
  • Familiarity with AI and data cloud technologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Knowledge of training and enablement best practices.
