Our second product is live and growing fast. Another new product launches in March. Then more. We’re hiring a Professional Services Manager to own and scale implementations at Proton. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 7, guiding technically complex implementations, and owning onboarding from kickoff to go live. You’ll be a part of the Customer Experience team as our first Professional Services leader, reporting into the Head of CX. Our Professional Services work ranges from $30k to $200k and regularly involves custom integrations, including building APIs that don’t already exist. This role sits directly between customers and engineering, taking on complex delivery problems and writing the playbook as you go. The salary will be between $150k-180k + equity.
