We're looking for a Professional Services Engineer 2 to be part of making that happen. As a Professional Services Engineer 2 within Customer Success you will work closely with the Security team to help drive implementations of the Arctic Wolf Managed Detection and Managed Risk services for our medium sized business class customers. You are creative and a self-starter - always looking for ways to improve processes and create a better customer experience.
