About The Position

The Professional Services Coordinator at Learning Without Tears is responsible for organizing and managing professional service training, including logistical coordination and post-service follow-up with customers and internal teams. This role involves proactive outreach to new and existing customers to contribute to generating and closing professional services business, ensuring a customer-focused communication model throughout the process.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in meeting/event planning and customer service-related fields, preferably in an education setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with vendors and customers.
  • Expertise with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of a customer relationship manager database and experience with teleconferencing preferred.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success and Sales teams during professional services conversations with customers.
  • Contribute to learning services revenue targets by building a professional services customer base through proactive outreach.
  • Understand customer training needs and guide them in creating a learning plan.
  • Negotiate and coordinate professional service contracts with customers within company parameters.
  • Manage all workshop logistics for virtual and in-person professional services, including scheduling presenters and making travel arrangements.
  • Complete detailed post-event follow-up, including compiling feedback and documenting it for the sales/CSM team.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge of Learning Without Tears curriculum, products, services, and customer base.
  • Manage additional projects related to the professional services department as needed.
