Requirements
- Estimating Expertise: You bring a proven track record as an estimator within the construction industry.
- AutoBid Mastery: You possess advanced proficiency in Trimble AutoBid Mechanical or Sheet Metal estimating software.
- Engaging Facilitator: You have 2+ years of experience leading classroom or technical training and can explain complex concepts to any audience.
- Consulting Mindset: You have 2+ years of software consulting experience with a knack for analyzing business requirements.
Nice To Haves
- A four-year degree in construction or engineering.
- Experience utilizing AI and modern productivity tools to enhance training delivery.
- Background as a certified journeyperson or technologist.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Classroom: Facilitate high-energy, interactive training sessions for groups of estimators, helping them master Trimble AutoBid through virtual and in-person instruction.
- Architect Custom Workflows: Analyze client business goals to design and implement bespoke software setups that solve complex operational challenges.
- Empower Industry Pros: Guide mechanical and sheet metal contractors in integrating advanced estimating technology into their daily lives to maximize productivity.
- Influence Product Innovation: Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with development teams to provide feedback that shapes the future of AutoBid.
