About The Position

This role will focus on driving impactful client engagements in the healthcare sector, specifically within life sciences. You will guide clients in maximizing their use of our solutions, ensuring effective implementations and proactive support. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, your efforts will enhance operational efficiencies and improve overall client satisfaction. You will also be expected to mentor peers and share best practices while responding to client feedback for continuous improvement. This position allows for significant influence in transforming healthcare services through technology. Accountabilities Consult with key stakeholders pre-sale and post-sale to ensure alignment with project scope. Conduct software implementation and upgrades according to established guidelines. Guide clients on best practices to achieve workflow efficiency. Lead training sessions for clients during the implementation process. Monitor feedback for process improvements and client satisfaction. Travel to client sites for installation of software products. Maintain a commitment to superior customer service throughout client relationships. Resolve project issues or escalate when necessary according to protocols. Mentor other Consultants to enhance knowledge across the team. Prioritize and organize project tasks for timely completion. Complete additional projects as assigned. Requirements Ability to manage projects independently from initiation to completion. Strong understanding of client workflow concepts related to software applications. Ability to evaluate and recommend improvements on integrated systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
