About The Position

Description Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Services, Clinical Project Manager - Home Infusion to lead and coordinate end-to-end medical devices with safety software and pump implementation projects. This role requires a strong clinical background, proven project management expertise, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing clinical deliverables, overseeing design and configurations, and facilitating remote clinical education and go-live support. The Clinical Project Manager has overall accountability for multiple projects from contract through Go-Live. The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring cost, schedule, and scope elements of their program(s), and clinical implementation deliverables. The Clinical Project Manager works closely with the cross functional Professional Services teams including Pharmacy, IT, Commercial Sales and Customers, and efficiently leads the team from planning to completion. The Clinical Project Manager synthesizes dependencies and program risks, monitoring risks and developing mitigation/resolution plans to ensure the program proceeds efficiently to completion. The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for presenting program status, issues, recommendations and updates, clinical configurations, and customer training and go-live support.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in medical device implementations.
  • Strong clinical background with experience in in home infusion and alternate site, healthcare systems, medical devices, or related fields.
  • Experience with healthcare technology and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in medical device implementations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Proficiency in leading remote teams and managing virtual training and support.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (e.g., PMP, CRNI®, OCN®) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of medical device with safety software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to guide design, configuration, and execution of implementation plans.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and outcomes.
  • Product Training: Lead remote clinical education sessions, ensuring stakeholders are trained effectively and prepared for go-live.
  • Go-Live Coordination: Oversee go-live activities, providing on-site or remote clinical support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical staff, technical teams, and customers, to align project goals and timelines.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, clinical deliverables, and status reports.
