About The Position

Temp To Perm LK Jordan & Associates is hiring on behalf of a valued client for a Professional Salesperson to support continued growth in the senior care and healthcare services space. This is an outside sales role focused on relationship-building, community engagement, and business development. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys meeting new people, and is motivated by creating meaningful connections that drive results. About the Role As a Professional Salesperson, you will serve as a key ambassador within the community. Your primary responsibility will be developing referral partnerships and generating new business through face-to-face engagement and strategic outreach.

Requirements

  • Passion for client service and community-focused work
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and tools such as Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including hospitals, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations
  • Conduct 7–10 in-person visits daily to generate leads and strengthen partnerships
  • Organize and participate in community events to increase visibility and outreach
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Track activity and provide weekly reporting on progress and results
