The Salesforce North America Support Specialist is focused on driving operational excellence by testing and maintaining Salesforce for Professional Sales. This role also provides hands-on Salesforce support across the US, Mexico and Canada, mobile device support, and cross-platform Salesforce communications.

  • UAT testing for all North America Salesforce instances, including United States, Canada, and Mexico
  • Provide iPad Support for common basic requests and issues
  • Provide Field Support over phones and email for Salesforce and Tablets
  • Work with Professional Sales System Administrator to ensure all enhancements and updates to Salesforce North American instance are documented in SOP and Fast Track training updated
  • Submit Salesforce tickets to Jira based on technical details provided by the System Admin
  • Send communications as requested by System Admin about system updates, outages, training materials, TSM Conference Calls, etc.
  • Attend required Salesforce group meetings, morning touch base, sprint planning, etc. necessary for project context
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the department as necessary
  • All other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • O'Reilly store or similar retail experience
  • Technical training or schooling
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French, and English
