About The Position

Professional Sales Associate Langdale Honda is looking for a professional sales associate. This is a long-term career opportunity with advancement opportunities available in a professional team environment. $5,000 per month guarantee for the first 90 days with an eight-car minimum per month to qualify. Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Driver's License
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.

  • Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide information about available vehicles and their features.
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilize sales management tools to track and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Attend pertinent training and stay current with sales department concerns and sales techniques.
  • Conduct telephone transactions courteously and promptly.
