This role offers a competitive compensation structure with uncapped earning potential through a 50% commission on grooming services and tips. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time position as demand increases, contributing to the growth of the grooming department in a reputable pet care facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Groomer with proficiency in grooming various dog breeds.
• Knowledge of different grooming techniques, styles, and breed-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and additional weekdays (Hours 8-5).
• Ability to pass a background screen and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services for various breeds of dogs, adhering to industry standards and customer preferences.
• Perform grooming tasks, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling, ensuring the comfort and well-being of each pet.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both pets and clients.
• Interact with clients to understand their specific grooming requests and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and grooming techniques to enhance skills and offer innovative services.
