About The Position

The purpose of this role is to drive sales growth by generating and closing new leads, upselling existing customers, and building strong relationships within a designated territory. The position involves delivering customized solutions through home and property inspections and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing full-service pest control proposals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. Key contributions include developing and executing a territory sales plan, conducting property inspections, preparing and presenting service proposals, owning the end-to-end sales cycle, growing revenue through upselling, prospecting, and building community relationships. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales documentation, assigned sales vehicle, equipment, and tools, participating in sales meetings and training, and operating safely and compliantly.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of proven driving experience.
  • Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field) and earning minimum required monthly sales KPIs.
  • Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and three-year motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to generate and close new business.
  • Conduct complete property inspections to assess customer needs and identify appropriate services.
  • Prepare, present, and close service proposals for residential and commercial customers.
  • Fully own the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring tight coordination with operations to schedule, launch, and execute all sold services, while driving timely payment and supporting collections efforts.
  • Grow revenue by upselling additional services to existing customers.
  • Prospect, follow up on leads, and build relationships within the assigned territory and community.
  • Clearly communicate service value and recommend full-service solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
  • Maintain assigned sales vehicle, equipment, and tools in safe, clean, working condition.
  • Participate in required sales meetings, training, and ongoing development.
  • Operate safely and in compliance with driving laws, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Support other business initiatives as assigned.
