The purpose of this position is to drive sales growth by generating and closing new leads, upselling existing customers, and building strong relationships within a designated territory. The role involves delivering customized solutions through home and property inspections and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing full-service pest control proposals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. Key contributions include developing and executing a territory sales plan, conducting complete property inspections to assess customer needs, preparing, presenting, and closing service proposals for residential and commercial customers. The individual will fully own the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating with operations for service scheduling and execution, and supporting timely payment and collections. Other responsibilities include growing revenue through upselling, prospecting, following up on leads, building community relationships, clearly communicating service value, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and ensuring the assigned sales vehicle, equipment, and tools are in safe, clean, working condition. Participation in sales meetings, training, and ongoing development is required, along with operating safely and in compliance with company policies. The role aims to meet monthly and quarterly new business and upsell sales targets, maintain high accuracy in documentation, respond promptly to leads and customer issues, and meet weekly activity targets.
