Bay Towel is seeking a Professional Outside Sales Representative (Regional Account Manager) to focus on new business-to-business account development in our South Eastern and Central Wisconsin Markets. Essential Functions: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build and grow effective working relationships with new external members of the Bay Towel Family for all segments that we service. Conducting cold calls. Generating revenue and meeting sales targets. Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory. Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business. The goal is to be efficient through all facets of the sales process. All other duties as assigned. Our Sales Representatives enjoy: Extensive car package (vehicle/gas/insurance/maintenance; all company paid). Laptop and cell phone are provided. Expense account for travel and sales related spend. Working out of the home is acceptable when relationship building is not needed between our four walls. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, at least 45 hours per week. Travel Expectation is to line up appointments in the most concise manner. Focus will be in the New Berlin area and the surrounding areas within 1 hour or a 60 mile radius from our New Berlin location. Compensation Competitive base salary with commission. QualificationsSkills/ Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience. Valid driver's license. High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required. Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated. Industry experience preferred, but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Contact Management System.
