About The Position
Pauly's Movers, a fast-growing household moving company located in Rosedale, MD, is seeking dedicated and professional Movers/Drivers (Foreman) to join our team. This position is essential for our household relocation services, where you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading furniture. As a foreman, you will lead the moving crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process. The role requires driving a 26-foot box truck, so a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, hardworking, and self-motivated, with the ability to lift heavy items ranging from 20 to 120 pounds or more. You will be expected to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism at all times, ensuring that all items are transported without damage and that the truck is kept clean and organized.
