About The Position
As a Professional Military Education Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training staff of the U.S. Army by managing and scheduling Enlisted Professional Military Education (PME) training. Your responsibilities will include processing applications in accordance with proponent guidance into the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). You will be the key communicator with Major Subordinate Commands (MSC), keeping them informed about changes to PME guidance and enrollment processes. Your analytical skills will be essential as you utilize ATRRS to research and compile data, information, and statistics, which will be used to prepare recurring and special reports for Senior Staff and Leadership, aiding in their decision-making processes. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide best practices and troubleshooting assistance to personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS) to support school attendance. Your role will also involve preparing various materials such as analysis reports, briefings, operations orders, information papers, and other required documentation as directed. This position is integral to enhancing military readiness and ensuring that the U.S. Army has the necessary training and resources to meet its mission objectives.
