About The Position

Requirements

BA/BS degree required.
5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting; leadership experience is a plus.
Strong preference for candidates with educational professional development experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Experience using Google Apps and Zoom.
Must live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs.
Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver professional development that supports successful implementation.
Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions for schools and districts.
Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, ensuring an engaging experience for participants.
Collaborate with sales teams to support schools piloting the learning product.
Manage and cultivate relationships with educators and school leaders effectively.
