The Professional Land Surveyor drafts survey documents, manages timelines and interfaces with clients, contractors, and field/office personnel. Must be able to conduct the most complex surveying duties and can handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.The Professional Land Surveyor also assists the director of land surveying in training the survey department staff, maintaining company and jurisdictional standards, establishing new LDC procedures and standards, and assisting with project scoping and proposals.
