Professional Land Surveyor
About The Position
A multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join their Joplin team. The role involves leading and supervising survey crew staff and drafting technicians, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables. The Professional Land Surveyor will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, preparing project estimates and job proposals, and overseeing the financial performance of projects. Building and maintaining client relationships is also a key aspect of this position.
Requirements
- Professional Surveyor (PS)
- 5+ years of surveying experience
- Perform/manage land surveys including property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions and topographic surveys
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Trimble business center
Responsibilities
- Build/maintain client relationships
