About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Professional Information Security to lead and shape our organization’s AI security, governance, and risk management strategy from the ground up.
This is a senior, enterprise-facing role that transcends traditional security analysis. You will serve as a strategic leader, securing our AI/ML ecosystems and ensuring total alignment between cutting-edge technology, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Acting as the bridge between AI engineering, DevSecOps, Legal, and Executive leadership, you will translate technical risks into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in business analysis, technology strategy, or business process design within complex enterprise environments.
• AI/ML Fluency: A deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including MLOps/LLMOps, adversarial machine learning, and model protection.
• Security Expertise: A strong background in information security leadership or secure systems design.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or ISO/IEC 42001.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define enterprise-wide AI security and governance strategies, including secure model development and AI threat modeling.
• Bridge Technical & Business Divides: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (AI/ML Engineering) and non-technical stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Executive leadership).
• Process Optimization: Oversee the design of complex business processes related to AI systems, data pipelines, and security controls.
• Risk Translation: Convert advanced concepts—such as adversarial ML risks and model drift—into meaningful policy recommendations and business impacts.
• Governance & Compliance: Lead the creation of AI governance forums and ensure all architectures meet global regulatory requirements.
• Security Validation: Provide oversight for complex testing strategies, including red-teaming and security validation of AI systems.
• Mentorship: Provide high-level guidance to project teams and mentor junior analysts within the security and IT domains.
