Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience executing high-performing sales strategies across direct, B2B, and Inside Sales channels in an Account Manager, Sales Coach, and Sales Manager capacity
  • 10+ Extensive experience collaborating cross-functionally with partners, resellers, and distributors to drive revenue and market expansion
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across five organizations, including dashboard creations, lead, opportunity, and account management, and ensuring CRM data integrity
  • Experience developing and operationalizing data-driven sales plays informed by CRM analytics and target account evaluation
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, including system build-out, testing, and ongoing refinement
  • 5+ years of team, program, project, product, or channel marketing management experience.
  • Successful track record managing medium‑ to large‑scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience within IT distribution, cloud services, cybersecurity, hardware/electronics, or other fast-paced technology environments.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud marketplace operations (for cloud-focused roles).
  • 5+ years of hardware/electronics manufacturing or NPI experience for operational program roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience considered for technical or cybersecurity programs.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans
  • Partner with teams to develop strategic road maps to promote customer retention and expansion
  • Plan and lead projects to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assess operational risks and use the operational understanding of client processes to develop corrective action plans globally
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback through several methods, evaluating efficiencies and recommending changes to improve sales delivery
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with clients
  • Be the client champion and promote resolution of client issues, using resources from across the company
  • Lead expansion and efficiency projects including change requests
  • Oversee development of knowledge assets to improve repeatability and rapid adoption of processes
  • Seek counsel and guidance from higher level program managers, will receive guidance and mentorship on more complex projects/matters from higher level program managers and management
