WHY OUR FIELD TEAM IS DIFFERENT: Weekly Performance Pay: Earn 18%–21% commission. Average performers make $14–$19/hr, but top-tier technicians earn more. Professional Fleet: We provide the company vehicle, gas card, and all industrial-grade equipment and supplies. No wear and tear on your personal ride. Stable Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 5:50 PM). No nights, no weekends. Physical Labor: This is a high-energy, active role. You stay fit while you work. Leadership Track: We are actively scouting for future Team Leaders to manage routes and oversee field operations.
Requirements
- You Are a Pro: You believe "on time" means being 5 minutes early.
- You Have Stamina: You’re comfortable with a labor-intensive role involving lifting, bending, and repetitive movement.
- You’re Detail-Oriented: You can follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver a perfect result every time.
- You Can Drive: You have a valid license and a clean record to operate our fleet vehicles.
- You Are "No-Drama": You enjoy working in a 2-person team and respect your colleagues.
- You can’t pass a background check or don’t have a clean MVR record.
