Our training pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. Benefits & Pay The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is $15 per hour. Your quality of work and your speed as a professional house cleaner will give you an opportunity to improve this rate. Direct deposit is available into a valid checking or savings account. Earn paid time off of up to 6 days per year after your first year of service. After 3 years of service, earn up to 10 days per year of paid time off. If you become a Team Leader (driving our vehicle): Manage the team's schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team. Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies. Manage the Day - You will be responsible for the quality of the work inside the homes and managing your partners. Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm and sometimes past 6pm.
Must be able to communicate with clients.
