Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• You are available for full-time work (8am to 4:30pm) Monday through Friday (and at least one Saturday each month).
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
• Valid Texas driver's license

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Manage the team's schedule and also ensure our cars are driven safely (Team Lead)
• Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with our housekeeping supplies (Team Lead)
