Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• If you're a team lead, manage the team's schedule and drive safely
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies

Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum wage of $11.00 per hour
• Ability to make up to $400.00 per week, paid bi-weekly
• Vacation Pay - earn three weeks per year (120 hours/year)
