Requirements

State Cosmetology License.
Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments.

Responsibilities

An ability to perform a wide range of hair therapies for all hair types and textures, following milk + honey protocols, including color, cutting, blowouts.
Actively and regularly participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns and assigned tasks to grow business, create repeat guest requests and meet sales and retail goals.
Displaying a professional, positive, outgoing, energetic and respectful attitude towards guests and coworkers at all times.
