Responsibilities

• Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
• Knowledge of all local vertical markets to include engagement in conflict resolution on site.
• Assist clients with duties as assigned and aid in maintaining an orderly workplace.
• Train new personnel on the proper procedures and policies under the direction of management.
• Make decisions regarding the safety and security of the site with the aid of United Protective Services post orders.
• Maintain daily activity logs in accordance with post orders.
• Create incident reports for unique incidents on site.
• Observe and report all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
• Ensure all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during, and after each shift.
