Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proven proficiency in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
• Strong skills in preparing detailed designs and plans.
• Deep understanding of safety and regulatory standards within the engineering and construction sectors.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and verify that work aligns with approved designs.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and plans in accordance with client needs and industry standards.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Provide expert recommendations to improve project efficiency and overall effectiveness.
