As a Professional Engineer, you will play a lead role in designing and coordinating transformative roadway, drainage, and utility projects for both public and private clients. You will be at the forefront of designing transportation solutions that enhance the way communities move and grow.

  • Lead the design and coordination of complex transportation projects, working with a dynamic, collaborative team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the company to ensure seamless project delivery and unparalleled service for our clients.
  • Engage in a variety of exciting tasks, including 3D modeling, roadway design calculations, quantity and cost estimates, and preparing detailed project plans.
  • Play an active role in proposals, project budgets, scheduling, and presentations, contributing to the growth and success of each project.
  • Mentor and oversee the work of EITs or Technicians, helping to develop the next generation of transportation design professionals.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating with subconsultants to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • A bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar degree) from an accredited institution.
  • 4-10 years of experience in transportation design, ideally with TxDOT and/or Municipal clients.
  • Proficiency in preparing, reading, and understanding construction plans and technical documents.
  • Strong working knowledge of design software such as MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer.
  • A valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • A Texas PE license (or the ability to obtain one within six months) is preferred, but not required.
