About The Position
This is a weekday, reliability-focused position for candidates seeking consistent work with purpose. The Pet Care Club of Seattle is hiring a Professional Dog Walker to support our Shoreline routes. With 18+ years of experience , we’ve built a team-centered company that prioritizes safety, communication, and dependable care—for both pets and employees. This is a W-2 employee role , not an independent contractor or gig position. This position is ideal for candidates with weekday availability who are looking for meaningful part-time work with animals. Our collective goal is to help our furry friends live their best lives!
Requirements
- Monday–Friday availability is prioritized
- Must be available during midday hours (10am–3pm is essential)
- Routes are located in Shoreline and nearby neighborhoods
- Reliable personal vehicle required to get to and from each service
- A Valid ID is required
- Consistently punctual and dependable
- Comfortable caring for dogs with varying needs and temperaments
- Clear and professional in communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using mobile apps and email
- A collaborative team player
- Have a love for animals
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, enriching dog walks and pet care visits
- Drive between client homes efficiently and on schedule
- Review care notes and schedules daily
- Complete visit updates, photos, and pet journals via our app
- Communicate clearly with our Client Experience Team
- Complete paid onboarding and ongoing training
