This isn’t your typical 9-5 desk job—it's an exciting, rewarding, and lucrative career opportunity for the right person.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – both in person and via text/email.
- Local to Seattle or Tacoma or surrounding areas.
- Physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes.
- Comfortable bringing at least one "board and train" dog into your home.
- Experience with video creation/editing.
- Reliable transportation (SUV required--can discuss).
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Ability to respond to texts within 3 hours.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Over 21 years old with personal and professional references.
- Clean background/criminal record.
- iPhone and internet access.
- Completion of our 21-day training program & testing at the OLK9 Training Facility in Virginia.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Dog Training & Handling – Work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Client Interaction – Educate and communicate effectively with clients about their dogs’ training progress.
- Community – Promote our services by visiting local vets, attending expos, and participating in events.
- Content Creation – Capture and edit short training videos (bonus if you have drone skills!).
- Versatile Work Environment – Train indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and locations.
