About The Position
The Professional Development Specialist is responsible for delivering virtual learning programs, including new educator orientation and required teacher training. This role involves managing virtual classrooms, facilitating discussions, and supporting learners through various training initiatives. The Specialist will also engage in training design, data management, and on-site training as needed, while building relationships with center leaders and contributing to program evaluation.
