Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master’s degree in Nursing required within 5 years
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- 3-4 years of relevant RN experience in NICU
- Skills that will help you be successful in this role include leadership, professionalism, organization, accountability, and collaboration
- Basic Life Support CPR for Health Care Providers
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NPR) and Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
Nice To Haves
- Ideal candidate will hold Neonatal Nursing Certifications in any of these areas: Transport, General/Regular NICU, Extremely low Birth Rate, S.T.A.B.L.E or Neonatal Orientate and Education Program (NOEP).
