About The Position
The Professional Development Manager at Sidley Austin LLP will be responsible for enhancing the professional development of lawyers across the firm's three southern California offices. This role involves building relationships with lawyers and key stakeholders to assess and address professional development needs, while also collaborating with the Learning & Development team to implement training programs and initiatives that support lawyer engagement and satisfaction.
