Ace Handyman Services is seeking a high-skill Craftsman who takes pride in doing the job the right way—clean, professional, and customer-ready. This role is ideal for someone who can walk into a home, diagnose the issue, communicate a plan clearly, and deliver a finished product that looks great and lasts. Requirements

3+ years of professional experience (handyman, residential construction, maintenance, or remodeling)
Strong in at least 3 core skills: drywall / painting / carpentry / doors / punch work
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (if not assigned a company vehicle)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders safely
Comfortable using a smartphone for job notes/photos and communication
Background check required

Responsibilities

Drywall repair (patching, blending, tape/mud, clean finish work)
Interior painting (walls, trim, touch-ups, cut-in work, clean lines)
Carpentry & trim work (baseboards, casing, minor framing, repairs)
Door installs and repairs (slabs, pre-hungs, hardware, adjustments)
Punch lists (realtor requests, make-ready work, home sale prep)
General repairs (troubleshooting, problem-solving, small installs)
Primarily small-to-medium repair projects, with occasional light renovation work.
