About The Position

If you are a Professional Counselor Associate (PCA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on your community, this is the opportunity you have been looking for. At Aviva Health, you will be valued as a vital member of a collaborative and compassionate care team. You will have the opportunity to serve individuals and families across diverse backgrounds — including those who are underserved — while working in an environment that supports professional growth, clinical excellence, and work-life balance. We are seeking Associate clinicians who are confident in their clinical skills, committed to evidence-based practice, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving the health and well-being of our community. The Primary Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) team.
