About The Position

The Professional Conduct Investigator 1 position within the Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation (BEI) involves conducting investigations into allegations of violations of standards of conduct, laws, rules, and regulations for various licensing boards. Requirements

• Two years as a Regulatory Enforcement Inspector; or
• Five years of investigative experience; or
• One year of investigative experience and a bachelor's degree; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that included one year of investigative experience.
• Possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
