About The Position

The Professional, Compensation Analyst at CoreLogic is a detail-oriented team player responsible for supporting the planning, administration, and implementation of all compensation programs and policies. This role involves collaboration with human resource business partners and management to deliver compensation consulting and solutions, utilizing analytical skills to address pay issues and improve compensation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a business environment.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge applicable to compensation analysis and apply it to compensation review and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities.
  • Consultative and collaborative work style; ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to engage and influence peer groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in project management and accountability for meeting deliverables.
  • Strong fiscal and mathematical aptitude; ability to conduct statistical analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, administration, and implementation of compensation programs and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and management to deliver compensation consulting and solutions.
  • Develop and participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information.
  • Maintain systems that support survey submissions and ongoing market pricing.
  • Analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness internally and externally.
  • Administer compensation processes within Workday for salary planning and bonus processing.
  • Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget-related reports for management.
  • Analyze country-specific data and relevant market trends to develop salary structures and market pricing recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and laws regarding compensation.
  • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and policies.
  • Recommend corrective actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
  • Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignments.
  • Formulate recommendations regarding the development of company salary structure and job revisions.
