Job Description: What is the role? The Professional, Client Delivery is responsible for the onboarding, training and ongoing customer care of all Cotality clients. Works in coordination with Cotality Sales, CSM and Solution Consulting Teams to ensure customer projects are implemented according to design specifications. What will you be doing? This Client Delivery role is responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients and/or existing clients that sign up for Tax/Commercial services. This role will require you to oversee the project planning efforts (Pre-Kick Off to Closure) as well as ensuring the business partners complete the necessary task for the core project in a timely fashion. Client Delivery individuals must also ensure critical project milestones are being met while calling out any Risk and Mitigation needs. If necessary, Chance Control and Leadership Escalation efforts must be conducted to prevent boarding or project delays. Are you the right fit? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Position requires a minimum of 3+ years of client delivery, project management or other relevant experience in a SaaS company.
  • Understanding of SaaS products and implementation processes.
  • Solid project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experienced managing client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Visio.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ClosingCorp products and services a plus
  • Effective use and understanding of CRM systems, with SalesForce.com experience a plus
  • Residential mortgage lending experience and familiarity with RESPA, TILA, TRID and the home loan origination process Preferred
  • Experience training others in a formal setting on new products or services desirable
  • Mortgage industry experience a strong plus.
  • Project Management experience Preferred or / and PMP certification desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Office, SharePoint a plus Preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, experienced with ClickUp a plus.
