Job Description: What is the role? The Professional, Client Delivery is responsible for the onboarding, training and ongoing customer care of all Cotality clients. Works in coordination with Cotality Sales, CSM and Solution Consulting Teams to ensure customer projects are implemented according to design specifications. What will you be doing? This Client Delivery role is responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients and/or existing clients that sign up for Tax/Commercial services. This role will require you to oversee the project planning efforts (Pre-Kick Off to Closure) as well as ensuring the business partners complete the necessary task for the core project in a timely fashion. Client Delivery individuals must also ensure critical project milestones are being met while calling out any Risk and Mitigation needs. If necessary, Chance Control and Leadership Escalation efforts must be conducted to prevent boarding or project delays. Are you the right fit?
