Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product implementation or technical/client support role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role or account management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and communication to clients using CoreLogic products.
  • Bridge the gap between client requests and internal teams to fulfill those requests.
  • Perform application configuration work to ensure ongoing updates of services.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, seeing them through to resolution autonomously.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements and discuss project status.
  • Translate technical business requirements from clients into actionable items for internal teams.
  • Lead application change projects utilizing project management skills and status reporting techniques.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage customer expectations.
