What We Expect from Candidates We are seeking individuals who embody: Punctuality and Reliability: Consistently on time and trustworthy. Polished Demeanor: Well-groomed and dressed to impress! (MAJOR IMPORTANCE!) Exceptional Client Relations: Courteous, attentive, and responsive to customer needs. Navigational Expertise: Familiar with local areas and skilled in using GPS systems. Discretion and Secrecy: Protecting client privacy at all times. Adaptability: Open to working varied hours, including nights and weekends. Composure: Able to handle traffic or unexpected situations smoothly. Thoroughness: Ensuring vehicles are spotless and prepared for every trip. Compensation Non-CDL drivers (including those operating Sedans, SUVs, Limousines, and Vans) with the potential to earn $18-$30+ per hour. This includes an hourly wage plus a 20% gratuity per trip. Weekend engagements, such as weddings, often provide higher gratuities due to peak demand. Additionally, trips scheduled between 11 PM and 5 AM receive an extra $20 gratuity. Basic Requirements for Non-CDL Drivers Successful criminal background verification. Must be 25 years old (for insurance purposes). Completion of an employment drug screening.
