About The Position
Only professional Caregivers need apply. Hospice experience preferred but not mandatory. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Incontinence care Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, walking support, and fall prevention Prepare and assist with nutritious meals according to dietary needs Monitor and report changes in health condition, behavior, or physical abilities Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living areas Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities Maintain accurate care records and documentation Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and company policies
