Requirements
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Backup transportation plan
- Full childcare coverage during scheduled work hours
- Weekend availability for team rotation
- Commitment to assigned shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Support safe mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and engagement
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
