About The Position

This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly hours and longer-term client relationships, not only occasional fill-in shifts. Hiring across Seattle and surrounding areas including Bellevue, Shoreline, Kent, Renton, and Federal Way. Shifts are assigned based on your location and availability. Pay & Benefits $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on certification, experience, and assignment) Overtime at 1.5x Holiday pay (company-recognized holidays) Direct deposit Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35+ hours/week Scheduling & Shift Options Part-time and full-time available 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts Day, evening, overnight, and weekend availability 10 to 40+ hours/week based on your availability and market needs Opportunities close to home Consistent clients whenever possible Supportive, responsive office team

Requirements

• Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification
• Current TB test
• CPR certification
• Food Worker Card
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Reliable communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Meal prep and dietary support
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and fall-prevention support
• Light housekeeping
• Document care notes and communicate updates
