About The Position

At Family Best Care, we are more than a home care provider. We are a professional team committed to consistent, high-quality care and strong communication. This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly hours and longer-term client relationships, not only occasional fill-in shifts. Hiring across Olympia, Lakewood, Spanaway, and Tacoma. Shifts are assigned based on your location and availability.

Requirements

• Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification
• Current TB test
• CPR certification
• Food Worker Card
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Reliable communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Meal prep and dietary support
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and fall-prevention support
• Light housekeeping
• Document care notes and communicate updates

• $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on certification, experience, and assignment)
