About The Position

The Business Analyst at CoreLogic plays a crucial role in supporting business decision-making through the development of insightful reports and dashboards. This position involves data acquisition, integration, and analysis to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information that reflects the company's operational direction. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and ensure the effective use of business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of directly related experience in business analysis or reporting.
• 2+ years of experience in utilizing tools to extract data points across systems.
• 2+ years of experience in report development.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, CRMA, DOMO, PowerBI, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Proficiency with standard business and database software (MS Office, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
• Strong verbal, written, and group communication skills.
• Strong quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Ability to learn new software related to reporting analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence/data warehousing life cycle.

Nice To Haves

• ML/AI experience is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards for sales, client success, demand generation, operations, and product.
• Acquire and integrate data from different systems into a common database for reporting.
• Collaborate with end users to understand business requirements and develop analysis for report fulfillment.
• Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, activities, operational productivity trends, and product utilization trends.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and unusual trends to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and generate business insights using various data sources and BI tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with users to ensure adoption of reporting solutions.
• Research and analyze business processes to create KPIs and dashboards that identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Support change management initiatives.
