SUNY Suffolk is searching for a full-time, 12-month Professional Assistant (PA) for Surgical Technology beginning Spring 2026, at the Michael J. Grant campus in Brentwood, NY. This is a Unit III position covered under the Faculty Association of Suffolk County Community College collective bargaining agreement with the College. This position responsibilities focus on education, supervision, and evaluation of students in clinical and classroom settings. The PA will collaborate with the Clinical site Managers, the Schedule Coordinators and/or the Educational Coordinators for the Operating Room. Faculty are scheduled to teach based on the needs of students and their department, and may have the option to teach in different course preps in more than one modality.
