You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following: Products Liability Litigation (required); Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery; Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews; Managing document collection, review, and production; Causation and/or failure analysis; Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings. You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude. You are an active member of the California or Colorado Bar. Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience with Products Liability Litigation
• Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
• Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
• Experience managing document collection, review, and production
• Experience with Causation and/or failure analysis
• Experience with Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
• Active member of the California or Colorado Bar
